In a land ravaged by storms of wild magic and rampaging horrors there exists an oasis of calm respite; this was the City of Twelve Spires. In this place the forces of Good wage their war against Evil, yet all know they dare not seek ultimate victory. Here, in a bizarre twist of fate, the people desperately cling to the ideal of focused Evil as a shield. After all, it was the Evil ruling from the twelve spires that held back the chaos of the world beyond.
